- This involves comprehensive investigation of genetic as well as epigenetic variants
that are associated with CAD using bioinformatics and CRISPR/Cas systems - Moreover, we want to get insights into the proteome and metabolome
of CAD using cell culture systems and zebrafishes as model organisms to
identify potential drug targets
